Shoreline was established in 1973 as a private, not-for-profit organization that serves as the Act 301 (1973) substance abuse authority in Horry County, South Carolina. Shoreline offers nationally accredited and licensed services to meet the needs of individuals, families, and groups in Horry County and surrounding areas. Read more.
