What is the Adventure Based Challenge?

The Adventure Based Challenge course at Shoreline Behavioral Health Services encourages participants to test their limits. Any participation in these activities, no matter how small, boosts confidence and gives participants a sense of empowerment. We believe that experiential adventure paves the way for increased self-discovery. Participants gain invaluable benefits, including:

  • Fun and excitement without substances
  • Increased self-esteem and confidence
  • Improved communication, teamwork and trust-building skills

Safety is our #1 Priority!

Our Adventure Based Challenge course’s ACCT certified facilitators have been trained to operate all activities and challenges located on the course. Our facilitators go to great lengths to make sure that all activities are safe and exciting.
